PRIVACY & POLICY

ThinkMosaic offers coaching sessions via phone, web-meetings, or in group settings such as retreats and conferences.

CONFIDENTIALITY and PRIVACY

Please understand that the work we do together is not therapy or medical intervention. While the law does not grant the privilege of confidentiality to life coaches, what we discuss will not be shared with others. Life coaching is a confidential process and must remain so in order for it to be successful.

Except in group coaching sessions, all information shared between client and coach is kept private. Your identity and client confidentiality are considered with the strictness of confidences. No information, personal or otherwise, is shared outside of the scope of the client/coach relationship.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is expected at the time of service as outlined in your Agreement. All major credit cards are accepted for payment. All forms of identification and payments are processed through secured sites.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your coaching package has been secured, you have 48 hours to cancel your Agreement. All session fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and within a specific window of time. Due to appointments that may be scheduled after your appointment, it is expected that you arrive on time to receive your full scheduled session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full-session price.

Once you have scheduled your coaching sessions, If you need to miss an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to re-schedule. Otherwise, you will need to bear the full cost of the session missed. Rescheduling is based on availability and only one re-schedule is allowed per client.

SIGNED AGREEMENTS

All clients must have a completed signed Agreement on file prior to the first scheduled session (except for Discovery Session).
